Subscription Term: 

  • 1-month Subscription (Monthly Commitment) 
  • PartnerHelper clients may change the number of Licenses month to month. 
  • Pricing is 20% higher than the 12-month Subscription (Annual commitment). 
  • Price protection for only 1 month (starting when PartnerHelper client subscribes to the service) 
  • Billing option: Monthly 
  • 12-month Subscription (Annual commitment) 
  • PartnerHelper clients may not decrease the number of Licenses nor downgrade the service. 
  • Same annual price as previous 12-month Subscription. 
  • Price protection for 12 months. 
  • Billing options: Annual or upfront. 
  • 36-month Subscription (3 years commitment) 
  • PartnerHelper clients may not decrease the number of Licenses nor downgrade the service. 
  • Same annual price as previous 12-month Subscription. 
  • Price protection for 36 months. 
  • Billing options: Annual or upfront. 

 Upgrades:

  • PartnerHelper clients may only upgrade from one paid Subscription to another paid Subscription. 
  • Paid-to-paid upgrades allow upgrades from their current SKU to one with added services. 
  • Subscription downgrades are NOT supported. Any purchases will be automatically invoiced and billed, with no opportunity for refunds.  

 Auto-renew: 

  • When Auto-renew is On: 
  • This is the default value for Auto-renew setup. 
  • Subscription renews at the end of the term. 
  • When Auto-renew is Off: 
  • Subscription does not renew at the end of the term. 
  • Subscription enters “Disabled” status. 

 Cancellation: 

  • Subscriptions can NOT be cancelled after their provisioning. 

 Suspension: 

  • PartnerHelper may suspend and resume a Subscription at any time without cancellation or termination; billing shall continue during suspension. 
  • PartnerHelper will suspend subscriptions if the customer has two overdue invoices. The subscriptions can be made “Active” again after overdue invoices payment. 
  • When subscriptions are suspended immediately enters “Disabled” status: 
  • PartnerHelper clients can’t access services or files.
     

 Billing cycle: 

  • Billing Type = Monthly (with 1-year commitment) – P1Y 
  • You will be billed monthly in advance the first day of each month. Price is protected for 1 year. Subscription will auto-renew by default.  
  • Billing Type = Annual Prepaid (with 1-year commitment) - P1Y  
  • You will be billed full amount in advance and have the service for one year starting from the date of payment. Price is protected for 1 year. Subscription will auto-renew by default. 
  • Billing Type = Annual Prepaid (with 3-year commitment) - P3Y  
  • You will be billed annually in advance and have the service for three years starting from the date of payment. Price is protected for 3 years. Subscription will auto-renew by default. 

 

Services Terms:

  • We will provide one month of support after Go Live (Standard and Advanced Tier).
  • For key user training project stage we will provide 5 sessions of one hour each (Standard and Advanced Tier). 
  • Each requirement must be discussed in previously scheduled sessions approved by the selected resource.
  • Any other information or support must be agreed in advance and charged as additional.
  • PartnerHelper has support and administration contracts for the platform, which can be presented to the client if required in the final stages of project implementation.
  • Business hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. Requirements outside working hours must be agreed in advance and the rate would be $90 USD/hour.
  • The workplace is remote, a minimum 8 hours will be charged for onsite work. Travel expenses will be added to the project estimate if required, the travel time will not be chargeable.
